Summary

The job is for an experienced Targetologist to work on an innovative ArtTech project in Ukraine, focusing on media buying, PPC, tracking, and targeted advertising. The platform aims to digitize Ukrainian artworks for use and preservation, with plans to enter the international market.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, media buying, and PPC
• Experience with setting up pixels, tracking, and working with API
• Deep understanding of advertising on Meta, TikTok, Google Ads platforms
• Ability to analyze data, create reports, and optimize campaigns based on results
• Ability to effectively collaborate with designers, developers, and other team members
• Understanding the needs of the audience and ability to translate them into effective advertising creatives
• Ability to make independent decisions and improve processes

Responsibilities

• Setting up pixels and tracking for conversion tracking from Meta and TikTok platforms, and data transfer via API
• Creating technical requirements for designers to create static and motion creatives for advertising campaigns targeting specific events
• Launching targeted advertising campaigns with targeting on specific contacts and lookalike (LAL) audiences for maximum efficiency
• Building reports for tracking advertising campaign results, data analysis, and providing recommendations for improvement
• Optimizing campaigns throughout several weeks to improve their effectiveness
• Providing SMM recommendations for basic content on social media pages to increase follower count through advertising
• Setting up remarketing campaigns and lead conversion campaigns to increase conversions and maximize results
