Summary

Join our team as a Remote Technical Support Specialist, responsible for providing remote support to clients, managing user accounts and security, and offering 24/7 customer service. This role requires experience in remote or field technical support, knowledge in installing and configuring printers, POS systems, and networks, and familiarity with SQL databases and Windows and Linux operating systems.

Requirements

• Previous experience in remote or field technical support
• Knowledge in installing and configuring printers, POS systems, and networks
• Familiarity with SQL databases and Windows and Linux operating systems

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support to clients
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS devices
• Offer remote technical support for equipment in branches, managing incidents related to printers, networks, and operating systems
• Follow up on support tickets to ensure effective problem resolution
• Answer customer queries and reports through phone, digital channels like WhatsApp and email
• Monitor and report daily service status
• Manage user accounts and security in technical support and communication platforms
• Identify and block malicious or unwanted incoming calls to protect operations
• Participate in new project trainings and provide technical support for new projects and systems
• Collaborate on pilot tests and operational adjustments during the launch of new services
