The job is for a Helpdesk position in the IT department responsible for resolving technical incidents in Spain and occasional support at other company locations. The role involves managing equipment, reporting, customer support, incident resolution, installing Windows operating systems, creating user accounts, managing inventory, and knowledge of Microsoft environments.

Requirements

  • Experiencia en Entornos Microsoft: Windows server, Active directory, WSUS y GPO
  • Experiencia previa en microinformática
  • Conocimientos en Redes Ethernet, VLAN, VPN
  • Experiencia Administracion 365 (sharepoint, teams, onedrive, Exchange) , Intune y Azure AD
  • Valorables conocimientos en MDM y administración de antivirus
  • Valorable conocimientos despliegue de software, Intune, BMC, Manage Engine..etc
  • Muy buenas habilidades de comunicación
  • Maquetacion WSUS , MDT
  • Al menos nivel B2 de ingles

Responsibilities

  • Gestión de equipo y cargas de trabajo
  • Reporting
  • Contacto con cliente externo e interno
  • Resolución de incidencias in situ, en remoto y telefónica
  • Instalación de sistemas operativos de Windows y configuración de equipos
  • Creación de usuarios en el directorio activo
  • Gestión de inventario y garantías
