As a Teacher for the Hearing Impaired, you will play a vital role in helping students with hearing loss access learning. You will conduct assessments, collaborate with educators, and offer insights to guide positive change. This impactful work is done remotely, respecting both student needs and therapist well-being. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in deaf education or special education
- Specialized certification in hearing impairment education
- Proficiency in ASL and/or other communication methods
- Knowledge of assistive hearing technology and deaf culture
- State licensure
- 2+ years of experience in a school setting
