Join Syntegon as a Field Service Team Lead in Western Europe, leading a team of field service technicians, managing customer relationships, and overseeing service operations. You will ensure your team has the necessary qualifications and equipment, plan resources efficiently, and maintain close communication with clients. Responsibilities include clarifying service requests, completing service assignments, addressing helpline inquiries, organizing field service deployments, handling contractual and legal matters, and providing necessary information. Success in this role requires strong technical and business acumen, excellent communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. The position offers a remote work option, preferably in the Crailsheim region, with a full-time, permanent contract.
Requirements
- Possess good technical and business administration knowledge acquired through your technical training
- Have several years of experience in a similar position - preferably in the pharmaceutical liquid packaging business
- Be a communicative team player with a high degree of willingness to cooperate and a pronounced service orientation
- Be accustomed to dealing with changing tasks and maintaining an overview
- Be familiar with the MS Office suite
- Ideally have experience with SAP
- Have very good German and English skills
- Have a willingness to travel of approx. 20%
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Field Service Technicians in the Western Europe region
- Maintain close customer contact
- Oversee the organizational tasks surrounding service deployments
- Ensure the necessary qualification and equipment for the Field Service Technicians in your team
- Achieve the required reliability and flexibility for their deployments through efficient resource planning
- Maintain close communication with customers in your region from clarifying the request to completing the service deployment
- Act as the point of contact for helpline cases
- Organize Field Service deployments according to defined processes and responsibilities
- Handle contractual and legal clarifications
- Provide the necessary information for the deployments
- Contribute significantly to our success through close exchange with your team, your understanding of our customer inquiries, and your strength in planning and implementing our Field Service deployments
Preferred Qualifications
Spanish and/or Italian skills are a plus
