Summary

Join LegalMatch Philippines and become a Team Leader, playing a critical role in growing the Appointment Setting Team. You will inspire and guide team members, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities include ensuring the team meets targets, supervising daily activities, reviewing call quality, driving customer experience and sales growth, coaching team members, analyzing performance data, implementing improvements, leading team events, and working with the business to update goals. You will also report on team progress and participate in recruiting and HR activities. This role requires at least 3 years of appointment setting/sales experience and 1 year of successful leadership experience, along with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and improving team performance. Advanced MS Excel skills are essential.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in appointment setting/sales, at least 1 year of successful leadership experience required
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and improving team performance
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring that the team reaches their target, including doing calls if needed as well as monitoring individual performances on assigned shift
  • Supervising day-to-day activities of the team, setting weekly targets, and working with team members to eliminate speed and/or delivery blockers
  • Reviewing the quality of calls between our team and customers, providing feedback, and identifying areas for improvement
  • Driving efforts to create the best possible customer experience while driving sales growth
  • Coaching team members and providing feedback as needed
  • Analyzing performance data and looking for ways to continually optimize and improve
  • Implementing continuous improvement initiatives and monitoring their results
  • Leading team events, including weekly planning and review, as well as ad hoc meetings
  • Working with the business to regularly update the company’s voice lead gen goals based on capacity as well as evolving business needs
  • Reporting on team progress, identifying areas for optimization and improvement
  • Participating in recruiting and relevant HR activities (performance review, giving performance callouts, and others)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with appointment setting and sales software (Salesforce experience is a plus)
  • Proactive, adaptable, and open to change, embracing new approaches for continuous improvement
  • Highly professional and collaborative, fostering a positive and productive team environment
  • An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, ensuring clarity and alignment
