Responsibilities

• Lead and further develop the Control Center Commercial Service team
• Take over annual planning (personnel, investment, costs, projects)
• Handle strategic planning for the Control Center Commercial Service area
• Manage value creation and process controlling
• Implement continuous improvement processes based on key figures
• Regularly participate in service, sales, and technical meetings for cross-functional and interdepartmental exchange
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through fast and smooth processing
• Continuously develop and improve monitoring and service quality

Preferred Qualifications

• Good product knowledge of Viessmann devices
• Initial leadership experience
• Good user knowledge of SAP CS, Google, MS Office
• Good English skills
