Responsibilities
- Lead and further develop the Control Center Commercial Service team
- Take over annual planning (personnel, investment, costs, projects)
- Handle strategic planning for the Control Center Commercial Service area
- Manage value creation and process controlling
- Implement continuous improvement processes based on key figures
- Regularly participate in service, sales, and technical meetings for cross-functional and interdepartmental exchange
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through fast and smooth processing
- Continuously develop and improve monitoring and service quality
Preferred Qualifications
- Good product knowledge of Viessmann devices
- Initial leadership experience
- Good user knowledge of SAP CS, Google, MS Office
- Good English skills
