Requirements

• 4+ years in a role creating technical solutions, making key technical decisions and building large features (Tech Lead experience)
• 8+ years minimum experience developing large-scale software (Backend Development experience)
• 4+ years in Node.js
• Have architected at least 2 large-scale software projects or architected large feature sets for existing software (Architecture experience)

Responsibilities

• System Architecture: architect large-scale, enterprise codebases
• Backend Development: build large functionality and systems
• Determine how new features should be built
• Lead and manage other experienced engineers
• Collaborate with the other tech leads on core product decisions and architecture
• Write thoughtful code that helps real-world needs
• Communicate well with technical and non-technical people
