Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering
• At least 2 years in a tech leadership role or similar
• Strong proficiency in software development, with experience in multiple programming languages and frameworks
• Proven experience in building data-driven applications
• Strong leadership, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
• Comfort with making technical decisions
• Strong technical/architectural vision
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
