Requirements

• 5-8 years of software development experience, particularly with React
• Expertise with modern React patterns (component organization, hooks, state management, etc.)
• SQL, schema design, app security, and performance optimization experience
• Experience in project estimation, timeline development, and risk management
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to accurately estimate time and resources for projects

Responsibilities

• Develop and scale the platform for Marigold Health's virtual mental health program
• Lead process and project management for the India-based team
• Provide technical direction and foster continuous learning
