Requirements

• Hold a Bac+5 degree in computer science (Engineering School, University, or equivalent)
• Justify significant experience within a development team of at least 5 years on a similar position
• Have already worked in agile mode
• Be a good communicator and have proven analysis and synthesis abilities
• Value vigilance (and time) highly
• Have knowledge in the use of GitLab and familiarity with DevOps processes and tools
• Have listening and pedagogical skills
• Work in a team and have proposal force

Responsibilities

• Work in an agile environment on all technical aspects to ensure good functioning of the team and be a proposal force
• Guarantee the quality of software developments in terms of design, development practices, testing, and technical documentation
• Propose technical solutions or alternatives for complex needs to implement
• Contribute to the definition of the tool's architecture and facilitate future product integration
• Participate in the agile functioning of the team, train new arrivals to help them integrate and understand the product and its specifics
• Accompany technically all developers
