Tech Lead Fullstack Developer

Summary

Join Encora as a Tech Lead FullStack developer and contribute to building integrations, maintaining, and improving existing code. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with the product team to gather requirements and refine tasks. Your responsibilities include digesting requirements, developing solutions with performance and scalability features for cloud systems, sharing your expertise, implementing solutions from coding to testing and deployment, analyzing and proposing solutions, following agile processes, leading technical discussions, and mentoring junior developers.

Requirements

• Experience with Python, Javascript and VueJS
• Experience or knowledge with consuming web services based APIs
• Experience with JavaScript (frontend)
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL (e.g. MongoDB)
• Github, Jira
• Linux environment

Responsibilities

• Digest requirement from product team and work on solutions with performance and scalability features for cloud systems
• Share and discuss your opinion of different approaches for the solution
• Implement solution from coding to testing (including automation) to production deployment support
• Analyzing and proposing solutions (Spikes, PoCs)
• Follow agile processes and participate actively in all development phases
• Lead technical discussions with the team
• Mentor junior development engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge on or experience with agile development (Scrum)
• Pytest, Kafka, PHP/Laravel and Typescript
• Experience with Microservice Architecture
• Docker, Playwright, Algolia, Tailwind
