Summary

Requirements

• Experience with mid-career tech recruiting at an in-house or recruiting firm
• Good understanding of ATS, talent management and sourcing tools
• Excellent communication skills: Fluent English and high conversational Japanese

Responsibilities

• Plan and promote recruitment and marketing strategies
• Define job requirements, coordinate with stakeholders, design, manage and improve the hiring process and operations based on data
• Design interview criteria and provide interviewers training/advice as well as manage hiring events with stakeholders
• Promote appropriate cost strategy based on ROI and interact with other teams internally (from HRM perspective)
