Summary

Requirements

  • Experience with mid-career tech recruiting at an in-house or recruiting firm
  • Good understanding of ATS, talent management and sourcing tools in order to get the right targets
  • Excellent communication skills: Fluent English (No need require Japanese)

Responsibilities

  • Plan and promote recruitment and marketing strategies
  • Collect and analyze data of the competitive recruitment market
  • Define job requirements
  • Coordinate with stakeholders
  • Design, manage and improve the hiring process and operations based on data
  • Design interview criteria
  • Provide interviewers training/advice
  • Manage hiring events with stakeholders
  • Promote appropriate cost strategy based on ROI
  • Interact with other teams internally (from HRM perspective)
  • Support in planning and operating company events
  • Promote other assigned projects

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mid-level or above direct sourcing experience in the mid-career recruiting domain
  • Experience in engineering recruiting
  • Experience working with overseas nationals
