Requirements

• You have proven work experience in a leadership position
• You are driven and motivated to shape the technology function of Sherpany
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and are eager to drive Sherpany’s internal IT
• Business acumen to set the right priorities for your team
• You have previous experience in an IT environment build on SaaS-technology
• You are able to understand a business stakeholders underlying problem and transform it into an IT-solution
• You are fluent in English (spoken, written)

Responsibilities

• Align, coach and motivate your team (2x CRM-Admin 1x IT-Admin) to achieve your teams-objectives
• Transform the IT-strategy to a tactical roadmap and ensure its execution
• Manage demanding stakeholders to continuously deliver value to the business
• Maintain and develop a CRM that our users love
• Architect our SaaS-IT-Landscape and align stakeholders around your teams vision
• Oversee, manage, administrate and support Sherpany’s internal IT
• Manage 3rd party service providers and negotiate contracts with vendors
