Join NeuraFlash as a MuleSoft Technical Architect and lead a team of developers in delivering best-in-class MuleSoft implementation solutions. You will execute MuleSoft implementations for customers, develop subject matter expertise, mentor junior team members, and guide technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects. This role requires 5-10 years of experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions, MuleSoft certifications, and expertise in API development and design. Preferred qualifications include experience with Java and Salesforce. Requirements
- Have MuleSoft technical certifications and fully ramp-on technology and implementation methodologies knowledge
- Have prior experience in designing, developing, securing, and managing APIs via API Gateways and Proxies
- Have experience in handling design patterns with MuleSoft integrations and Salesforce
- Have MuleSoft API development experience on Anypoint platform, building complex flows with Anypoint studio, complex data weave transformation, experience with different connectors like Salesforce, DB, error handling, experience with Munit, API design, development, and tuning
- 5 to 10 years experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions
- MuleSoft Developer Level 1 (Mule 4)
Responsibilities
- Execute MuleSoft implementations for customers and start on your journey to internalize business outcomes and business context relevance to MuleSoft implementation methodologies and approaches
- Develop subject matter expertise on project deliverables and contribute to internal knowledge exchange
- Be a mentor and provide guidance to junior Services team members and help to build out our services organization
- Continue to lead technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects and provide hands-on delivery guidance to influence standards for development, governance, and operational life cycle
- Evangelize, train, coach, and mentor Services team members on hard technical skills and soft skills
- Write clean and flawless code to produce fully functional modules or apps according to the requirements, as part of day-to-day work
- Lead a team of developers to provide the best-in-class MuleSoft implementation solutions
- MuleSoft Platform Development/Architecture - Participate in creation of technical stories to support functional user stories
- Work as a MuleSoft developer in addition to being client facing for any MuleSoft related questions
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Java and Salesforce in a development or configuration capacity
- Experience with various MuleSoft connectors for e.g SAP, Salesforce, Netsuite, File, Database etc
- Working knowledge of on-premise/cloud-based infrastructures, SDLC pipelines, and deployments/configuration
- Demonstrated ability to effectively architect solutions within a diverse technical team of client, SIs, contractors, and internal teams
- Demonstrated expertise in architecting, implementing, and supporting enterprise-grade technical solutions
- MuleSoft Certified Architect
