Technical Deliverability Apprentice

Summary

The job is for a Technical Deliverability Apprentice at Brevo, a fast-growing CRM suite company. The role involves managing email deliverability, contributing to anti-spam/anti-fraud projects, creating internal tools, and collaborating with various teams. The apprentice should have a Master's degree in computer science, knowledge of PHP - SQL, be curious, adaptable, resourceful, and have professional working proficiency in English.

Requirements

• Master’s degree student with a major in computer science
• Knowledge of PHP - SQL would be greatly appreciated

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve the email deliverability for clients
• Monitor email campaigns and analyze performance metrics
• Work closely with clients to implement best practices for email marketing
• Produce new anti-spam/anti-fraud algorithms
• Improve existing anti-spam/anti-fraud algorithms in terms of stability
• Create a 'Deliverability team portal' with all the internal tools used by Brevo’s teams
• Help improving email/sms sending practices by building an alerting tool to quickly identify sending issues
• Coordinate some of your projects with our Engineering teams (security, devops, data, …)
