Summary

Join Visier, a global leader in AI-powered people analytics, as an Implementation Consultant. You will be a strategic and technical leader, designing and implementing Visier's Analytics solutions within partner applications. This customer-facing role involves collaborating with stakeholders at all levels to deliver cutting-edge SaaS analytics. You will architect novel SaaS analytic applications and guide solutions from inception through adoption, impacting thousands of end-users. You'll gain experience in product success, from go-to-market strategies to adoption frameworks. The role requires strong consulting, communication, and technical expertise, including experience with business intelligence tools and ETL processes. Compensation includes a base pay range of $80,000-$105,000 in Vancouver, plus bonus potential.

Requirements

  • Consulting & Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, with a proven track record of guiding external clients through complex SaaS implementations. Confidence in coaching clients through multiple solution paths for the best outcomes
  • Technical Expertise: Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, including working with business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and building reports or dashboards. Strong knowledge of ETL processes and experience with database management systems and data integrations
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively, solving complex technical challenges with scalable solutions
  • Leadership & Project Management: Proven experience leading SaaS projects, managing multiple deliverables, and coordinating with stakeholders to ensure high-quality, timely results
  • Continuous Learning: A resourceful self-starter with a passion for staying current with emerging technologies and advancing professional skills
  • Collaborative Team Player: Able to work autonomously while fostering strong relationships in a remote, cross-functional team environment. Capable of maintaining clear documentation and effectively managing customer interactions
  • Data & Analytics Expertise: Deep understanding of the data analytics stack, from ETL processes to business intelligence tools, with hands-on experience in industry-standard BI and ETL solutions

Responsibilities

  • Leading the design, integration, and embedding of Visierโ€™s platform within partner applications, acting as the primary technical advisor for engineering teams
  • Collaborating with partners to translate business requirements into well-architected, scalable solutions, including the design and implementation of robust ETL processes to ensure seamless data flows into the Visier platform
  • Providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to both technical teams and executives, developing best practices and future state roadmaps for long-term success
  • Driving multiple work streams while delivering high-quality solutions and maintaining a strong customer experience
  • Building strong relationships and working closely with Visier GTM and product to ensure implementations align with Visierโ€™s strategic goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Tertiary or additional professional education in a technical discipline such as computer science, engineering, or data science
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, Java, and/or Spark for building and maintaining data analytics solutions
  • Extensive knowledge of large-scale database technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Netezza, Exadata, Teradata, Greenplum)
  • Experience working in a services organization within a product company, contributing to customer success and product deployment
  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, including discovery, design, build, test, launch, and scale
