Technical Interviewer/Engineer Senior

Join our team as a Sr. Technical Interviewer/Engineer to conduct technical interviews, prepare tests, document results, and provide feedback.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience as a Full-stack/Backend Developer
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead, or Architect
• At least 3 years of experience in a DevOps role using AWS and Azure
• Proficiency in Frontend technologies: Angular, React, or VueJS
• Experience in Backend technologies: Java, .NET, C#, Python
• Familiarity with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and others)
• Experience working in AWS/Azure/GCP cloud environments
• Knowledge of modern architectures: event-driven, hexagonal, microservices, and APIs
• Expertise in unit testing, TDD, and BDD
• Advanced English proficiency (B2/C1 level minimum) is required

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews in English with pre-selected candidates to validate their knowledge based on the job description
• Prepare and design technical tests using TestGorilla
• Document and evaluate interview results and input them into the ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
• Provide detailed feedback to both candidates and the HR team
• Enhance existing technical tests and create new tests on our platform
