Technical Lead

Summary

The job is for a Technical Lead in Fullscript's Growth Engineering Division focusing on Enterprise B2B. The role involves leading a team of 4-8 engineers, designing and delivering enterprise B2B-specific functionality, and collaborating with other technical leads.

Requirements

• Experience working on high-scale web applications
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack. Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, Graphql, and Apollo are preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage our enterprise team of 4-8 engineers
• Leverage our RAILS-based e-commerce platform to design and deliver enterprise B2B-specific functionality
• Serve as the technical owner of integrations to and with Enterprises
• Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions
• Work with the Directors of Engineering and Product to maintain a quarterly view of the roadmap
• Help meet the company goals while maintaining the technical health and security of our application
• Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line
• Collaborate with other Technical Leaders — product engineering, infrastructure, security, and more

Preferred Qualifications

Ideally, experience with Hospital systems or Similar Enterprise-level integrations
