Requirements

• Experience leading a full-stack software development team

• You are passionate about fostering strong engineering practices and processes
• Experience working on high-scale web applications
• 5+ years of experience in software development with a modern full-tech stack. Ruby, Rails, React, JavaScript, Graphql, and Apollo are preferred
• Experience with medical healthcare systems and Enterprise-level integrations within healthcare is considered an asset

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage our enterprise team of 4-8 engineers
• Leverage our RAILS-based e-commerce platform to design and deliver Enterprise-specific functionality
• Lead engineering initiatives that drive significant business impact, creating innovative user experiences
• Plan and architect projects, leading design discussions and decisions
• Work with the Directors of Engineering and Product to maintain a quarterly view of the roadmap
• Help meet company goals while maintaining the technical health and security of our application
• Contribute to the code base and work alongside engineers to take projects over the finish line
• Collaborate with other Technical Leaders — product engineering, infrastructure, security, and more
