Join Ramboll as our new CAD and BIM Technical Lead and contribute to innovative, high-quality design solutions. Based in a vibrant team supporting various design teams across Singapore, Hong Kong, and India, you will report to the Document and BIM Controller in Singapore. Your responsibilities include preparing detailed project drawings and BIM models, contributing to drawing and 3D model production, supporting the BIM Controller, creating accurate and compliant drawings and models, guiding and mentoring team members, adhering to BIM protocols, and maintaining technical libraries. This role requires a degree in Landscape Architecture/Architecture/Construction or equivalent, minimum 12 years of experience with BIM, AutoCAD, and Revit, and Revit certification. Strong teamwork, initiative, communication, multitasking, and attention to detail are essential. Requirements
- Degree in Landscape Architecture/ Architecture/ Construction or equivalent
- Minimum 12 years proven experience with BIM, AutoCAD and Revit
- Revit certified professional or other relevant recognitions
- Robust knowledge in Technical Detailing and Drawing, for both hardscape and softscaping works
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed and accurate project drawings and BIM models in accordance with project standard and landscape architect's instructions using AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit or other suitable software for digital documentation for construction
- Contribute to production of drawings and/or 3D models at all stages of the project to meet project timeline and milestones
- Support Document and BIM Controller to ensure overall timely delivery as well as quality and standard of deliverables
- Create drawings and BIM models, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standard and authority requirements
- Guide and mentor landscape architects within the team to develop robust detailed design capabilities
- Adhere to BIM protocols, standards and content for project managerβs adherence and project managerβs control of BIM team
- Input, maintain and update technical libraries (AutoCAD and BIM)
