Technical Lead I, Frontend

Summary

Join HubSpot's User Setup team and help upmarket customers manage their users and teams within their HubSpot accounts. This team is responsible for features enabling customers to configure, oversee, and optimize their users, ensuring confidence in HubSpot's scalability. You'll work with talented frontend and backend teams, collaborating with Product Management and User Experience teams. The role offers direct customer impact and involves solving complex technical problems. The team is small (3-5 engineers), customer-driven, and emphasizes ownership and collaboration. Requirements

• Are a strong senior engineer with some experience leading small teams
• Have a passion for writing code and reading code, up to 90% of their time
• Experience with JavaScript
• Can foster an environment that encourages autonomy and psychological safety
• Understand the value of building a diverse team, and are champions and upstanders for Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging initiatives
• Enjoy mentoring and coaching other team members in a psychologically safe way, while also being open to learning from them as well

Benefits

• Cash compensation range: 165500-248300 USD Annually
• The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles
• In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)
• Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay
• Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons

• Annual Cash Compensation Range$165,500 — $248,300 USD
