Requirements
- 5+ years' experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of designers and developers
- Trained cross-functional teams on Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban adapted for VA compliance and governance
- Facilitated Agile ceremonies and coached Product Owners and stakeholders on value-driven delivery
- Proven success guiding Agile transformations in large enterprise or federal settings, ideally within the VA or healthcare IT environment
- Mastery of Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and Lean principles, with the ability to tailor practices to meet VA program needs and compliance standards
- Strong familiarity with Agile tools supported under MTS (e.g., Jira, Confluence, GitLab, GitHub, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow), and experience coaching teams in effective tool usage
- Strong experience with Python
- Ability to successfully breakdown technical items in discussions with the business user
- Strong verbal and written communication skills directed at both technical and non-technical audiences
- Capable of taking direction from senior leadership and translating into concrete next steps and actions
- The ability to mentor junior to senior level developers and collaborators
- Comfortable handling multiple ongoing engagements and parallel work streams
- Must be a US Citizen and able to work domestically
- Must be able to attain low-level security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree
