Technical Lead-Fullstack

A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience, including 5-8 years in iOS development and 2+ years in a leadership role, are required. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in Java, Kotlin, Angular, and Agile methodologies.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Have a minimum of 8+ years of experience/expertise
• Have 5-8 years of experience in iOS development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Possess expertise in Java 17. (Spring Boot, Microservices, Java 8+)
• Possess expertise in Kotlin
• Possess expertise in Angular. (Angular 11+, Material UI, CSS, Typescript, Single Page Application (SPA))
• Demonstrate understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) in an agile framework (Scrum)
• Have experience with different software development methodologies (e.g., TDD - Test Driven Development, BDD - Behavior Driven Development)
• Have experience with automated testing and debugging tools
• Have the ability to optimize applications for performance, including UI, memory, and network usage
• Have proven experience in leading and mentoring a development team

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance
• Architect and implement technical solutions for new features and improvements
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to keep the team informed and adept
• Coordinate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team

Preferred Qualifications

• Have familiarity with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) tools
• Have experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Have a banking and financial background to understand terminology while capturing requirements
• Possess expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles (abstraction, encapsulation)
• Have AWS Knowledge
