Summary
Join Xentral as the primary point of contact for integration partners, supporting external vendors in integrating with Xentral technologies (API, Webhooks). Coordinate external integrations with internal teams, evaluate customer benefits and business potential, and advise technology partners on developing their own apps/modules. You will also manage Xentral-Connect partners and develop a quality assurance process for external integrations and apps, including certification and upgrade management. This role requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a technical field with at least 3 years of experience in implementing and applying ERP systems. Strong project management skills and experience in analyzing customer requirements are essential. Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an IT or technical field
- Possess at least 3 years of practical experience in implementing and applying ERP systems
- Have strong project management skills
- Have experience in analyzing customer requirements and implementing technical solutions, ideally in the e-commerce sector
- Possess proactive and customer-oriented work methods and the ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Be fluent in German and English
Responsibilities
- Support integration partners with questions regarding Xentral integrations, including documentation and technologies (e.g., API, Webhooks)
- Coordinate with internal teams (Product & Engineering, Commercial) to evaluate the added value of external integrations for customers and Xentral
- Advise technology partners on best practices, solution design, and architecture for self-developed apps/modules
- Support Xentral Connect Partners using Xentral Connect for customer integrations
- Develop and implement a quality assurance process: test, certify, and manage upgrades for external integrations and apps
- Evaluate the business potential of new integrations to ensure they meet customer needs and Xentral's business objectives
