Summary
Join Saviynt as a Technical Program Manager in the Federal Region and play a key role in delivering projects and solutions to federal customers. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in identity and access management with a focus on Federal compliance
- 5 years of experience in project management
- Experience managing cross functional teams
- Experience with FedRAMP control framework
- In-depth knowledge of Federal regulations such as FedRAMP Medium and FedRAMP High
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams
- Time management and prioritization skills
- Negotiation and conflict resolutions skills
- Metrics and data driven skills
- U.S. Citizenship
- 5+ years of information security and/or professional services experience
- 3+ years of professional services mentoring and management experience
- Deep understanding of consulting financial metrics (utilization, profitability, revenue recognition, backlog)
- Deep understanding of Identity and Access Management; specifically, Governance, User lifecycle Management, and Identity Data Management
- Experience with leading Identity Governance solutions; Sailpoint and Saviynt
- Experience delivering and leading professional services engagements across multiple industry verticals
- Operational experience building consulting offerings and taking them to market
- Understanding of current cybersecurity trends, threats, and pressures experienced by customer security leaders
Responsibilities
- Project planning and management includes defining the scope, creating plans to deliver the scope, resource allocation and risk management. to understand their specific identity and access governance requirements
- Cross functional collaboration includes working closing with cross functional teams to ensure project goals are met, regularly communication with stakeholders and facilitating cross team issue resolution
- Delivery execution includes tracking progress, managing dependencies and issue resolution
- Manage programs ensuring that our relevant products meet or exceed FedRAMP/ FISMA requirements
- Manage all aspects of the compliance lifecycle, including initial assessment, authorization, continuous monitoring, and reauthorization processes
- Metrics and reporting include clear dashboards for senior management consumption and data analysis and adjustments
- Stakeholder management includes setting clear expectations and meeting them. Clear and consistent updates to inform stakeholders. Developing trusting and collaborative relationships
- Complete security & privacy literacy and awareness training during onboarding and annually thereafter
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): Data Classification, Retention & Handling Policy
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): Incident Response Policy/Procedures
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Policy/Procedures
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): Mobile Device Policy
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): Account Management Policy
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): Access Control Policy
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): Personnel Security Policy
- Review (initially and annually thereafter), understand, and adhere to Information Security/Privacy Policies and Procedures such as (but not limited to): Privacy Policy
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant certifications such as Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master or PMI Agile Certified Practitioner
- Experience working on Saviynt EIC
- Strong desire to grow and mentor individuals both within and outside of the Identity Governance Area
