Summary

The job is for a Technical Program Manager in the Federal Region at Saviynt, Inc. The role involves managing projects and solutions for federal customers, requiring 5 years of experience in identity and access management with a focus on Federal compliance, 5 years of project management experience, experience managing cross-functional teams, excellent communication skills, time management and prioritization skills, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, and metrics and data-driven skills. The position is open to U.S. citizens only due to federal government contract requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in identity and access management with a focus on Federal compliance
• 5 years of experience in project management
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• In-depth knowledge of Federal regulations such as FedRAMP Medium and FedRAMP High
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management and prioritization skills
• Negotiation and conflict resolution skills
• Metrics and data-driven skills
