Summary
Join ServiceNow's Experience Team as an Emerging Talent Intern for a 6-month program starting July 7, 2025. This full-time internship offers the opportunity to build skills and contribute to critical work. You will partner with a Design Program Manager, conduct research to improve team programs, manage a data-driven project, and participate in meetings and training. The role requires experience in applying design methods and project management, along with strong communication skills. The position is open to various US locations (remote and onsite) and offers competitive hourly pay, health benefits, 401k, and a relocation stipend (if applicable). Candidates should be career changers or emerging talent with minimal relevant experience and a growth mindset.
Requirements
- Actively enrolled university students, or recent university graduates, are not eligible
- Ability to commit full-time during program dates
- Position is not eligible for employment-based sponsorship
- Have knowledge or project experience in successfully applying design methods to solving problems and/or project management experience
- Ready to showcase your work and/or projects in form of portfolio or other formats is required at time of interview
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with a Design Program Manager to evaluate effectiveness and impact of our existing programs and collaborate on future programs and initiatives that will drive impact for our team
- Represent the needs of our team (our internal users) by gathering various research/data points from discovery techniques and measurement strategies around our existing programs and initiatives with the goal to help refine and improve our programs for the coming year
- Create, plan, and manage your own 6-week data driven project around improving effectiveness of the design operations team
- Participate in planning and facilitation of meetings, and training initiatives
- Communicate your findings using tools such as Miro, Microsoft SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Smartsheet (or bring us suggestions!)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AIβs potential impact on the function or industry
- Self-taught, certification/bootcamp, and community college graduates from liberal arts and writing backgrounds, are highly encouraged to apply
- Self-taught, certification/bootcamp, and community college graduates from Design related courses, are highly encouraged to apply
- A go-getter, ambitious problem solver with a growth mindset
- Comfortable interfacing with various types of people and roles, either in presentation setting, informal stakeholder interviews, or large meetings
