Technical Project Manager

Summary

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage the execution of different cross-functional projects by defining the strategy and understanding the business contexts, needs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• +7 Experience in project management with IT product-related deliverables collaborating with development and/or data teams
• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an agile development environment
• Strong knowledge of Scrum principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Certification in Scrum (e.g., CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
• Experience managing large, diverse projects and parallel workstreams with external clients
• Experience leading and coaching team members
• Excellent verbal/written communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and proactively
• Proficiency in conveying complex ideas and technical information in a clear and concise manner
• Capacity to adapt to changing project requirements and environments
• Experience with tools such as Jira/Confluence is a must

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Scrum Master for one or more cross-functional agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum processes and agile principles
• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives)
• Coach and mentor teams on agile practices, promoting a collaborative and self-organizing culture
• Remove impediments or blockers that hinder team progress, ensuring smooth delivery of sprint goals
• Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clear and concise user stories
• Track, monitor, and report on key sprint metrics such as velocity, burndown, and team progress
• Developing required project plans including detailed timelines, resource allocations, milestones, forecasts, and status reports
• Managing the communications and expectations of both clients and internal stakeholders and keep them up to date with frequent status update reports
• Proactively solving problems and initiating necessary collaboration (anticipate, identify and actively resolve issues)
