Technical QA Engineer

Join NTT DATA as a QA Engineer specializing in Identity & Access Management (IAM)! This 100% remote position based in Mexico offers the chance to contribute to a large-scale Okta implementation and related authentication systems. You will conduct comprehensive testing across IAM workflows, application integrations, and APIs, focusing on security and authentication protocols like SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect. The role requires proven IAM testing experience, hands-on Okta experience (certification preferred), and expertise in API testing tools. Requirements

• Proven experience in IAM testing environments
• Hands-on experience with Okta , or Okta certification strongly preferred
• Previous experience with Liferay authentication mechanisms
• Solid understanding of security testing principles for identity systems
• Experience testing authentication protocols: SAML , OAuth , and OIDC
• Strong skills in API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI)
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Conduct User Lifecycle Management testing across IAM workflows
• Perform Application Integration Testing for SSO-enabled systems
• Execute and validate API testing with a focus on identity and authentication endpoints
• Conduct Authentication and Security Testing using protocols like SAML , OAuth 2.0 , and OpenID Connect
• Validate Attribute Mapping and Data Integration across identity platforms
• Set up and manage an API testing infrastructure
• Create and manage multiple test user accounts for varied test scenarios
• Validate custom and standard profile attributes across integrated systems
