You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates for Software Engineering, Product, and Infrastructure roles across Europe. This role requires 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced international product organization and fluency in Polish and English. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, partner with hiring managers, and utilize data-driven strategies to optimize sourcing effectiveness. Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a fast-paced international product organisation
- Demonstrable experience in hiring world-class software engineers, from mid-level to Staff
- Fluent in both Poland and English, written and verbal
- Proven ability to create, measure, and optimise recruitment workflows
- Demonstrable experience sourcing niche talent within limited talent pools
- Data-driven approach to recruiting with a focus on metrics and results
- Strong team player with a passion for connecting people and opportunities
- Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment
- Target-driven, detail-oriented, and approachable with a focus on team success
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to build robust pipelines of qualified candidates for SWE, Product and Infra roles across Europe
- Utilise a variety of sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, social media, referrals, industry events, and creative outreach methods, to identify and engage passive candidates
- Proactively network and build relationships with potential candidates, fostering their interest in Samsara and our mission
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for multiple requisitions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance
- Partner closely with hiring managers and technical leadership to understand their team's needs, goals, and the specific requirements of each role
- Employ data-driven strategies to track key metrics, analyse pipeline health, and optimise sourcing effectiveness
- Focus on building diverse and inclusive candidate pipelines, reflecting Samsara's commitment to diversity and inclusion
- Proactively identify and address challenges related to hard-to-fill roles, developing creative solutions and implementing data-driven improvements
- Meet and exceed hiring targets while maintaining a high bar for quality
- Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our recruiting processes
- Champion, role model, and embed Samsara’s cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success, Build for the Long Term, Adopt a Growth Mindset, Be Inclusive, Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices
