Technical Services Lead

Summary

Join Billhighway as a Technical Services Lead and be at the center of connecting our software with others. You will work directly with clients, coach peers, manage team performance, and deliver client projects involving web page creation, API integration, and data management. This role requires 3+ years of technical experience, proven leadership skills, strong technology understanding (SQL, APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery), and a BS in Computer Science or equivalent. Eligible candidates must reside in specific states. Billhighway offers a competitive salary ($85,000-$105,000 annually), benefits, and a hybrid/remote work environment.

Requirements

• Worked for 3+ years in a technical role with a proven track record of success working collaboratively with clients and teams and owning individual projects
• Have proven experience leading, mentoring and optimizing team performance to achieve spectacular results
• Can prioritize competing demands, delegate tasks effectively and make informed decisions under pressure
• Have a strong understanding of technology, with proficiency in one or more of the following: SQL, APIs, HTML, CSS, JavaScript/jQuery and an understanding of relational databases and tools
• Earned a BS in Computer Science or a related field, and/or equivalent work experience
• Eligible candidates reside in one of these states: DC, FL, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NC, NH, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor team status, workload distribution, project timelines, training and onboarding
• Deliver client projects which may include creating and debugging web pages created within client environments, working with vendors in using API to build and maintain integrations, consulting with clients and internal teams regarding best practices for data management and optimization
• Create and refine processes, tools, and methodologies to achieve better results
• Keep internal systems (such as Salesforce) up to date
