Summary

Join Arine's People Team as a Technical Sourcer/Coordinator! Based in San Francisco, you'll play a vital role in sourcing and coordinating candidates for various technical positions. Collaborate closely with the Recruiting Manager and hiring managers to develop and execute sourcing strategies, ensuring we attract top talent. Guide candidates through the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to final interviews. Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sourcing and coordination experience, supporting technical recruitment for roles including but not limited to Software/QA/Data/AI/ML Engineers, UX/UI Designers, Data Scientists, etc
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS is required, with a strong understanding of how to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment progress, and streamline the interview scheduling processes within the platform
  • Strong understanding of technical roles, terminologies, and skill sets in order to effectively source candidates and partner with the recruiter and hiring teams
  • Experience leveraging networking and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, etc. to build a strong pipeline of candidates
  • Proven experience employing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool and promote inclusive hiring practices
  • Experience coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for all parties involved
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with both internal stakeholders (recruiting and hiring teams) and external candidates, ensuring clarity and a positive experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team, while also taking initiative to drive candidate progress through the recruiting lifecycle
  • Data-driven mindset, utilizing recruiting metrics such as time to fill, pass-through rates, and candidate quality to assess and optimize sourcing strategies, ensuring efficient and effective hiring processes
  • A positive, proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to changing hiring needs
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and the recruiter to gain a deep understanding of job requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles for each technical role. Help ensure that the sourcing and recruitment strategy aligns with the specific needs of each team and department
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, job boards, technical forums, and other networks, to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates for open technical roles. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of passive candidates for current and future hiring needs
  • Assess resumes to identify strong candidates and reach out to them through personalized and compelling communication. Ensure that outreach is thoughtful and reflective of Arine's values and culture, creating an engaging introduction for potential candidates
  • Manage interview logistics, including scheduling and confirming candidate interviews with hiring managers, interview panels, and other stakeholders. Ensure candidates are well-prepared for interviews and that all necessary information is communicated clearly and efficiently
  • Provide timely and transparent updates to candidates throughout the interview process, offering feedback and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Help create a positive and seamless experience from initial outreach to offer negotiation
  • Work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to move candidates through the recruiting pipeline. Offer insights to enhance candidate selection, streamline processes, and identify potential roadblocks that may delay progress
  • Collect feedback from candidates, interviewers, and hiring teams to continuously refine and improve Arine’s candidate experience. Ensure that all candidates have a positive, professional, and engaging experience with Arine, even if they are not ultimately selected for a position
  • Keep accurate records of candidate interactions, sourcing efforts, and interview scheduling within Arine's Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Greenhouse. Track progress against recruitment metrics and share insights with the Recruiting Manager to continuously improve the sourcing and interview process

Preferred Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field is preferred, but not required

  • This position is temp-to-hire for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs
  • Throughout the temporary period, you will receive full benefits starting from day one
  • The hourly pay rate for this position is: $38-43/hour
