Technical Sourcer/Recruiter

Summary

Join Artera, a medical AI startup, as a Contract Technical Sourcer to source exceptional talent for engineering, AI/ML, and related technical roles. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition team, proactively source candidates using various tools, deliver high-quality candidate lists, track progress, and share market insights. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical sourcing for engineering, AI/ML, or related roles
• Expert-level Boolean search skills and creative sourcing methods
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and familiarity with ATS platform Lever
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to understand role requirements and target candidate profiles
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, GitHub, and other creative sourcing channels
• Deliver high-quality, well-vetted candidate lists to recruiters and hiring managers
• Track outreach activity and pipeline progress in the ATS
• Share market insights and sourcing strategies to refine search parameters
