Technical Sourcing Specialist/Recruiter

Requirements

• 2+ years of relevant work experience as a Sourcing Specialist
• Experience recruiting Developers/Engineers
• Strong English written communication skills. Resume must be in English
• Fast typing speed and knowledge of keyboard shortcuts for efficiency

Responsibilities

• Manage every stage of the recruitment cycle
• Establish touchpoints and maintain follow through
• Consult with others to craft holistic recruiting strategies
• Develop an unbiased and efficient interview process
• Deliberate with key stakeholders to identify personnel needs
• Write job descriptions for both internal and advertising use
• Participate in the management of the employee referral program
• Incorporate a data-driven approach to optimize the hiring funnel
• Provide recruitment status reports to management
• Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Assist with the future implementation and proper use of the ATS system
• Launch and develop the onboarding processes for new hires
