  • Understanding the principles of computers, servers, and network equipment
  • Knowledge of basic network concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and experience with VPN and other network technologies
  • Written English skills sufficient for correspondence

Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support to company employees and clients through Jira Service Desk
  • Performing a variety of tasks, from software updates to event organization
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining equipment for employees
  • Conducting training sessions for new employees and providing technical consultations
  • Supporting innovative solutions and implementing them into the company's infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

Scripting and automation skills (e.g., Python, Bash)
