Summary

Join LI.FI as a Technical Support Engineer LATAM and support developers using LI.FI's SDKs and APIs. Guide developers through successful integration, troubleshoot technical issues, and collaborate with engineering and product teams. Develop and maintain documentation, proactively monitor for issues, and ensure a smooth integration process. This role requires at least 2 years of experience in technical support and 1 year of technical crypto experience. A strong understanding of blockchain technologies, especially Ethereum and cross-chain protocols, is essential. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are also required. The position is based in the LATAM region.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or a similar role
  • At least 1 year of technical crypto experience
  • Engineering background and solid, in-depth technical understanding of blockchain technologies, especially Ethereum and cross-chain protocols
  • Experience working with developer support tools, ticketing systems, and community channels (e.g., Grafana, Tenderly, Cloudflare, Jira, Discord, Telegram, GitHub)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for translating technical issues into clear, actionable solutions
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot across the stack

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to developers and partners
  • Guide developers through successful integration of LI.FI’s SDKs and APIs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Assist with debugging and troubleshooting issues related to networking, performance, and cross-chain technologies
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to escalate critical technical issues
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for support workflows, known issues, and best practices
  • Proactively monitor for and report potential issues

Preferred Qualifications

Cross-chain, interoperability and bridging experience is a plus
