Requirements

  • Four-year degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications or equivalent
  • Good understanding of OSI Layer, TCP/IP networking and firewall
  • Good understanding in networking products and technology such as routing and switching
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
  • Linux basic user knowledge

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical service-related support to customers for all our products and services
  • Monitor the smooth operation of our products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two-year experience in customer support
  • Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
  • Experience in satellite communications (Inmarsat, VSAT, Iridium)
