Summary

You will be working with Mac, Linux, and Windows operating systems and will be part of an on-call rotation to resolve production incidents. Requirements

  • Experience in Technical Support or similar role
  • Basic understanding of software programming
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Fundamental knowledge of APIs
  • Comfortable creating longer SQL queries
  • Capability to troubleshoot web applications
  • Comfort working with Mac, Linux, and Windows
  • A proactive approach to teamwork, a solutions-oriented mindset, and excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of reported issues and ensuring their resolution
  • Conducting research, diagnosis, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to address system and service problems
  • Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate developers and documenting standardized solutions for the knowledge base
  • Handling crises in the event of feature failures or application downtime
  • Developing, tracking, and reporting on key metrics
  • Participating in an on-call rotation and resolving production incidents

Preferred Qualifications

  • Trilingual in English/Spanish/Portuguese
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Github
  • Built smaller applications or integrated services
  • Some knowledge of TypeScript, Python, Postgres, or ReactJS
