Summary

Join LI.FI, a company simplifying multi-chain DeFi for financial institutions, as a Technical Support Lead in EMEA. You will lead technical troubleshooting and integration support for developers using LI.FI's SDKs and APIs, optimizing support workflows. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify recurring issues, improve documentation, and enhance the developer experience. This role requires strong technical expertise in blockchain technologies, especially Ethereum and cross-chain protocols, and experience with developer support tools. You will also manage and grow the Technical Support team across different regions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or a similar role
  • 1+ year in a leadership or mentoring capacity
  • 1+ year technical crypto experience
  • Engineering background and solid , in-depth technical understanding of blockchain technologies, especially Ethereum and cross-chain protocols
  • Experience working with developer support tools, ticketing systems, and community channels (e.g., Grafana, Tenderly, Cloudflare, Jira, Discord, Telegram, GitHub)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for translating technical issues into clear, actionable solutions

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the technical support function for developers and partners
  • Guide developers through successful integration of LI.FI’s SDKs and APIs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to escalate critical issues, share insights, and drive platform improvements
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for support workflows, known issues, and best practices
  • Implement monitoring systems and proactively identify trends or recurring issues to improve response times and reduce friction for developers
  • Manage and grow the Technical Support team across different regions

Preferred Qualifications

Cross-chain, interoperability and bridging experience is a plus
