Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent in a technical field. Bioengineering or Biomedical majors are preferred
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Capable of manipulating large spreadsheets using Excel and Google Sheets
- Data oriented, experience working with complex systems
- Comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment
- Diligent and methodical at problem-solving
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Responsibilities
- Work together with our global support, engineering, and data analytics teams to improve customer response and facilitate actionable plans across the fleet
- Troubleshoot data pipeline and other remote challenges
- Direct customers to the correct team for escalations
- Work cross-functionally to ensure support issues are resolved
- Document and shepherd issues through an escalation process
- Maintain a status dashboard for management and executive teams
- Help identify opportunities for process improvement and build processes to increase efficiency
