Requirements

  • Tech Lead experience or 6+ years strong senior engineer experience and a desire to lead a high performing engineering team
  • Strong experience developing multi-layer systems using C#.NET
  • A tech lead or engineer that has an interest and opinion in the direction of the product. They do not defer this over to the PO but take an active part in building the product
  • Full stack experience, from back end, front end, testing to deployment
  • Experience thinking in complex systems, the components that make them and opportunities to simplify them
  • You thrive in a collaborative environment where engineering, product, sales and leadership come together to produce world class software
  • Excited about imagining ways to solve business problems using technology
  • Passionate about using cloud computing and cloud-based services to deliver software solutions to customers
  • Experience using AI to help build software
  • 1+ years' experience in React

Responsibilities

  • Lead and motivate a team of engineers to build a world class product
  • You will own technical domains, ensuring architectures remain up to date, are maintainable and operate reliably in production environments
  • Collaborating in an environment where engineering, product, sales and leadership come together to produce world class software
  • Acting as the authority on tech stack, driving best practices and reviewing design across teams
  • Driving the testing strategy, defining CI/CD approach and the infra strategy for the team
  • Aligning technical vision with business goals
  • Actively contribute to product direction and decision making, collaborating closely with Product Owners instead of deferring responsibility
