Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the technology industry
• Strong understanding of software development processes, APIs, programming languages, and other technical subjects
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment and development of GROW’s information architecture
• Create, update, and maintain comprehensive technical documentation with version control strategies
• Develop and implement content strategies for technical documentation
• Work closely with engineers, product managers, and UX/UI designers to gather information and understand requirements
• Organize and manage documentation repositories
• Review and edit documentation for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and adherence to company style guides and industry best practices
• Gather and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve the quality and usability of documentation
• Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in technical writing and content development
• Utilize documentation tools and platforms to produce and manage content efficiently
• Incorporate visuals such as screenshots, diagrams, flowcharts, and code examples to enhance the understanding of complex concepts
