Technical Writer, eLearning Developer

Summary

Requirements

• Excellent communication (written and oral) and research skills
• Ability to manage your time effectively when faced with competing priorities
• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
• Experience with Git, and Markdown language
• Experience using HUGO (or equivalent Static Site Generators)
• Experience designing and developing Enterprise software-related documentation and training
• Experience with rapid eLearning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline (preferred) or Adobe Captivate
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States

Responsibilities

• Create the training and documentation deliverables of a new Veeva software offering
• Help form and build our catalog of content using Veeva best practices and technology where appropriate
• Deliver a robust online help site to quickly and efficiently bring customers up to speed and then keep them updated as new features are added

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of the software development process and cloud software
• Experience in an agile software development environment
• Experience in writing for regulated industries - Life Sciences preferred
