Requirements
- Excellent communication (written and oral) and research skills
- Ability to manage your time effectively when faced with competing priorities
- Ability to work independently with little direct supervision
- Experience with Git, and Markdown language
- Experience using HUGO (or equivalent Static Site Generators)
- Experience designing and developing Enterprise software-related documentation and training
- Experience with rapid eLearning development tools, such as Articulate Storyline (preferred) or Adobe Captivate
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States
Responsibilities
- Create the training and documentation deliverables of a new Veeva software offering
- Help form and build our catalog of content using Veeva best practices and technology where appropriate
- Deliver a robust online help site to quickly and efficiently bring customers up to speed and then keep them updated as new features are added
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of the software development process and cloud software
- Experience in an agile software development environment
- Experience in writing for regulated industries - Life Sciences preferred
