Summary

The Telebehavioral Health Clinician position at Ladgov is a remote role offering part-time or full-time work. Requirements

• Master's or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Psychiatry, or a related field
• Current licensure as a mental health professional (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, Psychiatrist)

Responsibilities

• Conduct telebehavioral health assessments and evaluations for patients of all ages
• Provide telepsychiatry services in areas including Adult Psychiatry, Addictions Psychiatry, Geriatric Psychiatry, and Child/Adolescent Psychiatry
• Offer a range of therapeutic interventions, including Adult Therapy, Family, Couples, and Group Therapy, Child/Adolescent Therapy, and Trauma/PTSD Therapy
• Collaborate with the care team to create individualized treatment plans and goals for each patient
• Conduct teletherapy sessions with patients, using effective communication and therapeutic techniques
• Utilize evidence-based practices and stay up-to-date with the latest research in behavioral health
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and privacy laws
• Collaborate with other clinicians, medical professionals, and support staff to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and professional development opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Experience providing telehealth or virtual care is preferred, but not required
