Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Summary

Join our team as a full-time, remote Nurse Practitioner providing support to Medicare and Medicaid members. Work from home Monday through Friday, 8am–5pm, with a base salary of $120,000–$140,000. Focus on Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, risk adjustment, and HEDIS care gap closure. This role involves handling preventive and risk-based virtual visits and requires an active NP license in at least three specified states, along with experience in Family or Internal Medicine and with Medicare and Medicaid. Medicaid/Medicare enrollment is required. No travel or commute is involved.

Requirements

• Active NP license in at least 3 of these states : CA, IN, MO, TX, AL, VA, TN, KY
• 1+ year experience in Family or Internal Medicine
• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid
• Comfortable working across all product lines (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial)
• Medicaid/Medicare enrollment required
