Requirements

• Active NP license in IN (required), AL (required), and WA (required)
• 1+ year in Family or Internal Medicine
• Medicare and Medicaid experience
• Ready to work across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines
• Medicare/Medicaid enrollment required
