Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Summary

Join our team as a full-time, remote Nurse Practitioner providing quality care to Medicare and Medicaid members. Enjoy a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule with a competitive salary of $120,000-$140,000 per year. This W-2 position offers full benefits and is 100% remote, eliminating commute stress and clinic chaos. Focus areas include preventive and risk-based virtual visits. You will conduct annual wellness visits, perform risk assessments, close HEDIS care gaps, and manage accurate coding.

Requirements

• Active NP license in California (CA)
• AND at least one additional license from the following states: Kentucky (KY), Georgia (GA), Wisconsin (WI), Maine (ME), Ohio (OH), Connecticut (CT)
• 1+ year experience in Family or Internal Medicine
• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid
• Medicare/Medicaid enrollment required
• Comfortable working across Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines

Responsibilities

• Conducting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
• Performing and documenting risk assessments
• Closing HEDIS care gaps
• Managing HCC, ICD-10, and CPT II coding accurately
