Telehealth Nurse Practitioner

Summary

Join our team as a Nurse Practitioner licensed in Indiana to provide remote support to Medicare and Medicaid members. Enjoy a flexible schedule with a minimum of 24 hours per week, conducting Medicare Annual Wellness Visits, risk adjustment, and HEDIS gap closures. This fully remote position offers competitive pay, ranging from $75 to $90 per visit, with daily earnings between $600 and $720 depending on efficiency. No travel or micromanagement is involved; focus solely on impactful clinical work from home. As an independent contractor (1099), you'll have the autonomy to manage your schedule and workload.

Requirements

• Possess an active Indiana NP license
• Have 1+ year experience in Family or Internal Medicine
• Have experience working with Medicare and Medicaid
• Be comfortable handling Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial lines
• Be Medicare/Medicaid enrolled

Responsibilities

• Conduct Medicare Annual Wellness Visits
• Perform risk adjustment documentation
• Complete HEDIS gap closures
• Handle HCC and ICD-10/CPT II coding
