Telemarketer - Appointment Setter

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience engaging with US or Australian clients in a similar role
• Excellent written, communication, and interpersonal skills is mandatory
• Proficient in online research using Google, LinkedIn, etc
• Proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Outbound appointment setter via phone
• Use product/company knowledge to showcase/discuss the solutions that our company can offer to prospects
• Must be able to answer basic questions regarding the company and its services
• Use Microsoft Office, SharePoint and HubSpot and other software to track correspondence and progress of assigned contacts
• Must be able to use own common sense, judgement, and previous experience to determine how to best talk/communicate with a client
• Set meeting schedules between clients who booked a meeting with BDMs
• Collate date and generate reports for use by management
• Other tasks as directed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the staff leasing, BPO or offshore staffing industry
• Experience with HubSpot or any other CRM tool
