Summary

The job is for a temporary Paid Media Associate, Social at Headspace, responsible for developing and executing high-performing paid social campaigns. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in paid social, strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, proactive self-starter attitude, communication skills, and passion for the mental health & mindfulness space.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on media buying experience in direct response paid social including strategy development and execution
  • Experience across the breadth of paid social platforms: Meta, TikTok, Snap, Pinterest, LinkedIn
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable working within Tableau & Excel to pull out actionable insights
  • Exceptional attention to detail and comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactive self-starter. Can go into the weeds but can also contribute to big picture strategy
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for the mental health & mindfulness space

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute high-performing, best-in-class paid social campaigns that align to the business’ overall go-to-market strategy
  • Plan, implement and optimize paid social campaigns across both web and app with a focus on new user acquisition
  • Execute hands-on-keyboard day-to-day optimizations, including trafficking ads and QAing, reallocating budget, and finding new areas of opportunity to help hit KPIs more effectively
  • Analyze performance, build reporting dashboards, and recommend ways of iterating, helping to drive new learnings
  • Work closely with Data & MarTech leads to ensure all tagging needs are met and reporting is optimized
  • Collaborate cross functionally with creative and marketing teams to develop creative + copy to scale and optimize our social campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

  • Mobile app / subscription based product experience is strongly preferred but not required
  • Experience in paid search (Google Ads, Google UAC, Apple Search) is nice to have
  • Experience in paid media strategy for DTC brands as well as B2B
