Summary

The job is for a temporary Supply Chain Systems Manager at OLLY, a fast-growing nutrition company. Requirements

  • 8-10 years in a progressive Operations or Supply chain role; experience in a fast-growing/start-up environment a plus
  • APICS certification or direct manufacturing experience
  • ERP implementation experience required
  • Strong knowledge of technology systems and how they are utilized within CPG industry; prior experience as a Super User in Dynamics D365 or Kinaxis preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to identify areas for continuous improvement, leverage process mapping and prioritize recommendations and design
  • Stellar communication skills- adept at bridging teams to build first class processes and system solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, work in a team environment, understand and be responsive to project and customer needs

Responsibilities

  • Identify and Scope Operational Process Improvement opportunities within our ERP functions
  • Manage and drive project development and implementation based on those opportunities
  • Support the development of training content for both existing and new Operations processes in the ERP system
  • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships with impactive departments outside of Ops, most importantly with the H&W, UniOps and D365 Platform teams
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the ERP and Planning Systems, ensuring system availability, performance, and security
  • Provide end-user support and training to ensure proper utilization of the ERP system. Address user inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with coworkers to resolve problems. Track and communicate recurring issues to management
  • Ensure proper training and smooth onboarding for new users. Create and maintain documentation for system processes and user guidelines
  • Implement system enhancements and changes as needed

  • RATE: $50.00-60.00 per hour
